远光软件：全资子公司拟公开挂牌增资扩股
人民财讯10月16日电，远光软件(002063)10月16日公告，公司全资二级子公司智行慧达于2026年10月15日在上海联合产权交易所预挂牌，拟通过公开挂牌方式实施增资扩股，智行慧达拟增资金额不低于2500万元。若本次增资扩股顺利完成，智行慧达将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。近日，公司收到控股股东国网数科全资子公司商旅云的通知，商旅云拟按照产权交易所公开挂牌程序参与摘牌。
