上海仲裁委发布三份航运示范合同 填补绿色燃料加注领域合同空白
人民财讯10月20日电，以“共同的挑战，共同的使命——共促全球航运韧性发展”为主题的2026北外滩国际航运论坛10月20日开幕。开幕式上，《船舶绿色燃料加注合同》《船舶绿色燃料销售合同》和《国际船舶管理合同》正式发布。上述三份合同是上海仲裁委打造的航运示范合同，它们填补了绿色燃料加注领域合同空白，助力上海国际航运中心绿色规则体系建设。
