人民财讯10月20日电，澜起科技(688008)10月20日发布业绩预告，预计2026年第三季度归母净利润12亿元—13亿元，同比增长153.6%—174.7%。
报告期内，公司DDR5内存接口及模组配套芯片出货量大幅增加，DDR5第三、第四、第五子代RCD芯片出货占比进一步提升，推动经营业绩同比大幅增长。
