船载碳捕集系统（OCCS）白皮书发布
人民财讯10月21日电，2026北外滩国际航运论坛·绿色与低碳论坛10月21日举行。中国船级社在论坛期间发布船载碳捕集系统（OCCS）白皮书，阐释化学吸收、矿化法等7大技术路线，明确工程化适用场景，提出全链条监管框架方向，为全球航运业的OCCS规模化应用、商业化落地提供“中国方案”。
