中国人寿：拟向集团公司出售养老险公司33.73%股权
人民财讯10月21日电，中国人寿(601628)10月21日公告，公司拟向中国人寿保险（集团）公司（简称“集团公司”）出售所持中国人寿养老保险股份有限公司（简称“养老险公司”）33.73%的股权，总金额41.46亿元；公司非全资控股子公司中国人寿资产管理有限公司拟向集团公司出售所持养老险公司3.53%的股权，总金额4.34亿元。
出售事项交割后，集团公司将持有养老险公司41.67%股权，成为第一大股东，公司持股降至37.01%，位列第二大股东。预计本集团自出售事项取得收益约25.74亿元。
