人民财讯10月23日电，企查查APP显示，近日，浙江科硕金属贸易有限公司成立，法定代表人为陈东，注册资本为1000万元，经营范围包含金属材料销售；高性能有色金属及合金材料销售；再生资源销售；生产性废旧金属回收等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由海亮股份间接全资持股。
