科瑞思：拟购买宏钢光电100%股份 股票26日起复牌
人民财讯10月25日电，科瑞思(301314)10月25日披露预案，拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买李刚等7名交易对方持有的宏钢光电100%股份，并向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。经申请，公司股票自10月26日起复牌。
宏钢光电主要从事激光器、光通讯、混合集成电路、半导体功率器件等领域的封装壳体及高功率光纤激光器芯片热沉的研发、生产与销售。
