人民财讯10月30日电，上交所发布关于资产支持证券开展集中簿记建档发行有关事项的通知，上交所定于2026年11月2日起在上交所信用债券集中簿记建档系统（简称“簿记建档系统”）中启动资产支持证券簿记功能，在上交所挂牌的资产支持证券应当使用上交所簿记建档系统发行。
