中国稀土：拟购买中稀凉山股权 股票停牌
人民财讯10月30日电，中国稀土(000831)10月30日公告，收到中国稀土集团发来的《关于筹划重大资产重组事项的通知》，拟由公司通过发行股份的方式购买中稀（凉山）稀土有限公司（简称“中稀凉山”）股权并募集配套资金。公司股票自2026年11月2日（星期一）开市起停牌，公司预计在不超过10个交易日的时间内披露本次交易方案。
