自然资源部等三部门联合发文完善设施农用地管理
人民财讯11月2日电，近日，自然资源部、农业农村部、国家林业和草原局联合印发《关于完善设施农用地管理的通知》，采取正面清单方式区分设施农业用地方式，并从设施农用地选址、规模、备案、登记、监管等方面完善举措，促进农民群众增产增收，助力农业现代化发展和乡村振兴。
