中指研究院：11月重点8城待拍涉宅用地总起始价超768亿元
人民财讯11月2日电，中指研究院数据显示，11月，四大一线城市北京、上海、广州、深圳均有土地出让安排，二线城市中如杭州、成都、武汉、南京不仅均有多宗宅地出让，而且均有核心板块优质宅地，上述8个城市本级范围内将有116宗涉宅用地出让，总起始价超768亿元。
