人民财讯11月2日电，11月2日，万润股份(002643)公告，公司控股子公司烟台九目化学股份有限公司(简称“九目化学”)为全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌企业(874382)，拟向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市。2026年10月30日，九目化学收到中国证券监督管理委员会出具的《关于同意烟台九目化学股份有限公司向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票注册的批复》，同意九目化学向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票的注册申请。
