人民财讯11月3日电，11月3日晚，济高发展(600807)公告，为满足经营需要，公司全资子公司济高生物与关联方舜创产投签署《借款合同》《股权质押合同》，济高生物向舜创产投申请借款4500万元，借款期限12个月，借款利率3.8%/年，到期一次性还本付息。济高生物以其持有的艾克韦生物27.2202%股权提供质押担保。
