人民财讯11月4日电，11月4日，苏州有5宗宅地出让，总土地出让面积142560.3平方米，总规划建筑面积156906.78平方米，总起始价17.7亿元。最终1宗地块溢价成交、4宗地块底价成交，总成交金额18.72亿元。
其中，溢价地块为吴中经开区长桥街道宅地，土地出让面积31288.3平方米，规划建筑面积40674.79平方米，起始价5.69亿元，起始楼面价14000元/平方米，经过51轮竞价，最终由金茂以总价6.71亿元竞得，成交楼面价16508元/平方米，溢价率17.91%。
