安森美将收购稳压器创新公司 上调AI数据中心营收目标至30亿美元
人民财讯11月4日电，11月4日，安森美宣布将收购集成稳压器创新公司Ferric Inc.。据介绍，Ferric差异化集成稳压器（IVR）技术可减少50%至70%的电路板面积，同时在更靠近处理器的位置提供更大功率；此次收购将提升安森美AI处理器供电方案在功率密度、能效和瞬态响应方面优势，从而完善公司从电网到核心的产品组合。基于此，安森美将公司2030年AI数据中心营收目标上调5亿美元至超过30亿美元。
