天晟新材：收到江苏证监局行政处罚事先告知书
人民财讯11月6日电，天晟新材(300169)11月6日公告，11月6日，公司收到江苏证监局下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》，经查明，天晟新材涉嫌未及时披露关联关系及关联交易；涉嫌2023年年度报告存在重大遗漏。江苏证监局拟决定：对天晟新材责令改正，给予警告，并处以四百五十万元罚款；对天晟新材董事长吴海宙给予警告，并处以四百九十万元罚款。
