中国网科技2月27日讯 据华联股份今日晚间发布公告称，阿里巴巴近期已经接触 Rajax (Rajax主要运营品牌为“饿了么”)全体股东并表达了收购意向，但公司 目前未与阿里巴巴就Rajax股权转让事项签署任何协议，涉及股权转让的价格、 时间、数量及交易方式等核心条款尚在磋商过程中。
