案例1 联合国项目事务署协助推动脑科学的发展
心理健康仍然是最被忽视的全球健康问题之一，尽管它对实现2030年可持续发展目标（SDG）至关重要。心理健康不仅是卫生部门的一个问题，还与平等以及基本个人权利息息相关。
北戴河亚太生命健康产业创新示范区由中国政府开发，并得到联合国项目事务署（以下简称“项目署”）及其合作伙伴的支持，其中包括约翰霍普金斯大学卡维利神经科学发现研究所和北京大学第六医院。我们共同致力于加速当地医疗行业的创新和发展，吸引医疗和教育领域的精英人才和资源，提高生命科学教育和研究水平，为新兴医疗技术创造创新环境。过去两届北戴河峰会重点关注神经科学和心理健康领域，因为了解这些领域并提高全球范围内的认识对实现联合国可持续发展目标至关重要。
为了成功举办此类活动，同时推进接近实现可持续发展目标，伙伴关系是不可或缺的组成部分。项目署诚挚感谢参与活动的合作伙伴及其深切支持。

Mentalhealth remains one of the most ignored global health issues, even though it iscritical to the achievement of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Mental health is not just an issue for the health sector but that it is alsorelated to equality and basic individual rights.
TheBeidaihe Asia-Pacific Smart Healthcare Demonstration Zone was developed by theChinese government and supported by UNOPS and its partners which included theKavli Neuroscience Discovery Institute of Johns Hopkins University and PekingUniversity Sixth Hospital. Together we worked to accelerate innovation anddevelopment within the local healthcare industry, attract elite talents andresources in the medical and education fields, enhance the level of lifescience education and research, and create an innovative environment foremerging medical technologies. This year and last year, the Beidaihe summit hasfocused on the fields of neuroscience and mental health as understanding theseand raising awareness of these around the globe is critical to achieving theUN’s SDGs.
For eventslike these to be successful, and thus getting closer to achieving the SDGs,partnerships are an integral component. UNOPS is thankful for its partners inthese events and their deep support.
案例2 项目署促进创新和经济增长
李克强总理在关于“大众创业与创新”的讲话中提到，中国许多地方政府希望通过创新驱动当地经济转型升级。然而，许多地方政府在实施时却面临各种挑战，包括缺乏进入全球创新社区的机会。
为帮助应对这些挑战，项目署与北京市政府合作，协助房山区政府与70多个全球创新机构进行沟通，交流意见和信息。项目署与这些创新机构包括许多大学，银行（如欧洲投资银行集团），研发机构，孵化器和加速器进行合作，同时制定了一系列能力建设任务。
项目署极其重视去建立伙伴的创新能力和以创新方式执行项目。因此，我们的合作伙伴之一已经成功地在世界领先的创业活动Slush中推出了“北欧-中国加速计划”，以促进北欧创业公司进入中国市场。
在项目署的支持下，合作伙伴的能力得到了极大的提高。同时，在与项目署合作后，合作伙伴能够独立开展各种全球合作活动，并取得了巨大成功。

Incorrespondence with Premier Li Keqiang’s address on “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,”many local Chinese governments want to transform and upgrade their localeconomies through innovation. However, many of these local governments arefaced with many challenges in doing so including the lack of access to theglobal innovation community.
To helpdeal with these challenges, UNOPS, in cooperation with the Beijing MunicipalGovernment, assisted the Fangshan District government in communicating with andexchanging ideas and information with more than 70 global innovativeinstitutions. These innovative institutions included many universities, banks(like the European Investment Bank Group), R&D institutions, incubators& accelerators and UNOPS worked with these to design and organize a seriesof capacity building missions.
UNOPS attachesgreat importance to building partners' innovative capacities and implementingprojects in an innovative manner. As a result of this, one of our partners hassuccessfully launched the Nordics-China acceleration program in the Slush, theworld’s leading startup event, to foster Nordic startups entering into theChinese market.
WithUNOPS’ support, the capabilities of partners have been greatly enhanced. Aftercooperating with UNOPS, partners have been able to implement various globalcooperation activities independently and have achieved great success.
