建艺集团：减持计划到期 控股股东未减持
每经AI快讯，建艺集团（SZ 002789，收盘价：13.74元）5月28日晚间发布公告称，控股股东刘海云先生减持计划的期限已届满，截至2020年5月28日，刘海云先生未根据减持计划减持公司股份。
根据2019年年报显示，建艺集团的主营业务为建筑装饰施工业务、装饰设计业务，占营收比例分别为：98.63%、1.05%。
据启信宝显示，建艺集团的董事长、总裁均是刘海云，男，62岁，中国国籍，无境外永久居留权，中国人民大学EMBA，高级室内建筑师、经济师。
