意科控股更名为中证国际
每经AI快讯，意科控股（00943,HK）董事会宣布，由2020年7月2日起，公司之英文名称已由eForce Holdings Limited更改为Zhongzheng International Company Limited，并已采纳及注册中文名称中证国际有限公司为公司之第二名称，以代替公司过往所采纳而仅作识别用途之现有中文名称意科控股有限公司。就于联交所买卖股份而言，公司之英文股份简称将由EFORCE HOLDINGS更改为ZHONGZHENG INTL，中文股份简称则由意科控股更改为中证国际，自2020年8月24日上午9时正起生效。
