每经AI快讯，中国高科（SH 600730，收盘价：5.32元）8月30日发布半年度业绩报告称，2020年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润由盈转亏，亏损约279万元，去年同期净利润约29万元，同比下降1047.67%，营业收入约为5053万元，同比下降13.48%，基本每股收益亏损0.005元，同比下降600%。
2019年年报显示，中国高科的主营业务为教育板块、运输及仓储，占营收比例分别为：68.91%、30.5%。
中国高科的董事长是齐子鑫，男，45岁，硕士。
