每经AI快讯，大叶股份（SZ 300879，收盘价：41.99元）10月27日晚间发布公告称，为完善公司治理结构，经总经理叶晓波先生提名，董事会提名委员会审议通过，董事会同意聘任方友胜先生为公司副总经理。
2020年半年报显示，大叶股份的主营业务为割草机、配件、其他动力机械、打草机/割灌机、其他业务，占营收比例分别为：89.02%、5.8%、2.82%、2.27%、0.09%。
