11月23日，张艺兴工作室发布声明，表示已经将之前造谣张艺兴的用户起诉至法院，目前已登记立案，张艺兴工作室还表示，“道德所无法约束的就交由法律，良知所无法提醒的就交给判决。对说过的话负责，对做过的事负责，我们敢，希望你们也敢。”据悉，11月6日，张艺兴工作室就曾对网络上关于张艺兴的不实言论发布声明。
