（财见2021年12月11日讯）另类资产管理公司蓝猫头鹰资本（Blue Owl Capital）宣布收购Ascentium Group Limited，正式落地香港。 Blue Owl近期在新加坡开设了办事处，收购Ascentium正式落地香港将进一步加强公司在亚太地区的影响力。
Ascentium创始人兼首席执行官James Lee将担任Blue Owl集团销售团队亚洲区总监一职办理好相关政府机构审批手续后，Ascentium将在一周左右更名为Blue Owl Capital HK Limited（蓝猫头鹰资本香港有限公司）Blue Owl总部设在纽约，其香港办事处是该公司在全球的第九间办事处
