美国驻乌克兰大使馆当地时间14日发布安全警告称，乌克兰各地的安全局势继续充满不可预测性，美国驻乌克兰大使馆敦促美国公民不要前往乌克兰，乌克兰境内的美国人则应立即使用私人交通工具离开乌克兰。
