【OpenAI起诉open.ai域名的所有者商标侵权】财联社8月8日电，OpenAI Inc.对一家使用“开放人工智能(Open Artificial Intelligence)”名称的公司提起诉讼，该公司拥有域名www.open.ai。OpenAI声称该名称侵犯了OpenAI的商标，并造成了消费者的混淆。诉状称，Open Artificial Intelligence及其总裁盖Guy Ravine欺骗消费者，让他们相信该公司与OpenAI及其热门产品(如ChatGPT)有关。
