【中山市宣布东区街道暂停实行商品住房限购政策】财联社9月24日电，中山市住房和城乡建设局发布《关于优化房地产调控政策的通知》，宣布东区街道暂停实行商品住房限购政策。本通知自印发之日起施行。此前相关政策措施与本通知不一致的，以本通知为准。
