【瑞声科技完成Premium Sound Solutions（PSS）公司80%股权收购】财联社2月10日电，瑞声科技官微消息，2月9日，瑞声科技宣布，根据2023年8月10日有关建议收购 Acoustics Solutions International B.V.的公告，2024年1月18日的通函以及2024年2月6日有关股东特别大会投票表决结果，已于2024年2月9日完成了买卖协议条款约定的第一批次建议交易事项。该交易事项的完成，标志着Premium Sound Solutions公司（PSS）现已成为瑞声科技拥有80%权益的间接附属公司，其财务业绩将综合并入瑞声科技整体业绩。
