【“伊斯兰国呼罗珊分支”宣称对阿富汗一银行附近发生的袭击事件负责】财联社3月22日电，极端组织“伊斯兰国呼罗珊分支”当地时间21日宣称对当天早晨阿富汗坎大哈省一银行附近发生的袭击事件负责。此前，据坎大哈省安全司令部发言人阿萨多拉·贾姆希德消息，该省首府坎大哈市喀布尔银行附近发生自杀式袭击，造成3名平民死亡，另有12人受伤。
