【俄罗斯奥伦堡市附近乌拉尔河水位上涨至历史最高点】财联社4月12日电，俄罗斯奥伦堡市政府当地时间4月12日发布消息称，该市附近的乌拉尔河水位当日凌晨已上涨至1115厘米，为历史最高点。截至11日上午，该市共有约1.2万栋房屋被淹，共疏散约7.8万人。
