【法国小麦产量跌至4年新低 全球库存或创9年低位】财联社7月9日电，法国农业部的数据显示，今年小麦产量将下降15.4%，至2970万吨。这仍比5年平均水平低14.2%。与此同时，恶劣的天气也影响了俄罗斯等其他主要出口国的作物，美国政府预测全球库存将达到9年来的最低水平。
