经济观察网讯 据星曜半导体微信公众号7月21日消息，浙江星曜半导体有限公司正式发布全新一代小尺寸Band 2、Band 3、Band 7双工器芯片。三款产品均为1411尺寸，此尺寸为目前全球范围内最小分立双工器芯片尺寸，且为全球首次发布。（实习记者 赵嘉馨 编辑 李仕静）
