经济观察网讯 据高检网9月2日消息，上海汽车集团股份有限公司原副总裁陈德美涉嫌受贿、为亲友非法牟利一案，由上海市监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。日前，上海市人民检察院第一分院依法以涉嫌受贿罪、为亲友非法牟利罪对陈德美作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
