据海南发布微信公众号消息，10月7日，海南省澄迈县发布《关于进一步优化房地产市场平稳健康发展政策措施的通知》。通知提出，大力支持住房消费，取消商品住房限购政策，购买商品住房（含新建商品住房和二手住房），无需审核购房人资格。
