【福州调整住房公积金贷款政策】财联社10月15日电，福州住房公积金管理委员会调整住房公积金贷款政策，缴存人家庭申请住房公积金贷款购买自住住房，按首付款比例不低于20%执行，其中申请住房公积金贷款购买保障性住房，按首付款比例不低于15%执行。缴存人家庭住房公积金最高贷款额度提高至双缴存人100万元、单缴存人60万元。多子女家庭、各类人才等其他缴存对象，在此基础上继续给予支持政策。
