【先导智能：拟发行H股股票并在港交所主板上市】财联社1月27日电，先导智能公告，公司拟在境外发行股份（H股）并申请在港交所主板上市。同时，公司拟终止境外发行全球存托凭证（简称“GDR”）并在瑞士证券交易所挂牌上市的计划。
