【多地楼市开门红：20城新房成交量同比增33%】财联社1月28日电，随着2025年的到来，全国多地楼市延续去年四季度以来止跌回稳的向好态势，1月楼市成交迎来“开门红”。机构监测数据显示，2025年1月1日-21日，全国20个重点城市新建商品住宅成交面积为558万平方米，同比（2024年1月1日-21日）增长了33%。
