【南方航空：董事罗来君因工作变动辞任】财联社3月21日电，南方航空(600029.SH)公告称，公司董事会于2025年3月21日收到罗来君的辞任申请，因工作变动，罗来君申请辞去公司执行董事、董事会提名委员会委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。罗来君的辞任自2025年3月21日起生效。
