【中国海油所属公司完成与英力士能源的交易】财联社4月2日电，中国海洋石油有限公司宣布，旗下全资子公司CNOOC International Ltd.与英力士能源已就此前签署的股权售购协议完成交割。2024年12月，中国海油所属公司与英力士能源签署股权售购协议，涉及中国海油位于美国墨西哥湾的上游油气资产，主要包括在Appomattox油田和Stampede油田等油气项目的非作业者权益。
