【中国海洋石油：中国海油集团拟增持20亿至40亿元A股和港股】财联社4月8日电，中国海洋石油(00883.HK)在港交所发布公告称，公司实控人中国海油集团计划于本公告日起的12个月内增持公司A股和港股股份，拟增持金额累计不少于人民币20亿元（含本数），不超过人民币40亿元（含本数）。资金来自于中国海油集团的自有资金。
