【AMD首款2nm高效能运算处理器完成投片】《科创板日报》15日讯，超微半导体（AMD）宣布，代号“Venice”的新一代AMD EPYC处理器正式完成投片，成为业界首款采用台积电2nm（N2）制程技术的高效能运算（HPC）处理器，该产品预计将于明年上市。
