【Lyft以1.75亿欧元收购欧洲打车应用FreeNow】财联社4月16日电，美国叫车软件运营商Lyft公司4月16日宣布，已与宝马集团和梅赛德斯-奔驰移动出行公司达成最终协议，以约1.75亿欧元（1.97亿美元）的现金收购欧洲以出租车服务为核心的移动应用FreeNow，FreeNow将继续运营，交易预计将于2025年下半年完成。
