【消息称英伟达B300 AI GPU五月投产】《科创板日报》28日讯，消息称英伟达B300 AI GPU的生产将于五月启动，基于B300GPU和Grace CPU构建的GB300 Superchip超级芯片有望在今年底实现量产。一个B300 "Blackwell Ultra" 芯片包括2个光罩尺寸的物理GPU单元，集成了288GB的HBM3e内存，在GB300 Superchip NVL72机架级别的FP4性能是上代B200的1.5倍。
