【阿莱德：持股5%以上股东吴靖拟减持不超过1.5%公司股份】财联社4月29日电，阿莱德(301419.SZ)公告称，持股6.00%的股东吴靖计划在公告发布15个交易日后的三个月内，通过集中竞价和/或大宗交易方式减持不超过1,500,000股，占公司总股本的比例不超过1.50%。减持价格将不低于公司首次公开发行股票时的发行价。
