近日，建业新生活有限公司(股票代码：09983.HK,以下简称“建业新生活”)公告称，代纪玲为投入时间处理建业集团相关的其他工作，辞任建业新生活执行董事兼首席执行官，自2025年4月30日起生效。
王俊已获董事会委任为首席执行官，自2025年4月30日起生效。郭立圆已获董事会委任为公司执行董事兼首席财务官，自2025年4月30日起生效。
