财联社5月12日电，中国恒大在港交所公告称，CEG清盘人及CEG Holdings临时清盘人已于5月12日向香港法院提出联合申请，请求将公司持有的CEG Holdings的一股普通股转让给盛建以及不得撤销转让申请。公司股票将继续停牌。
