【开能健康：拟2289万元收购原能集团700万股股份】财联社5月16日电，开能健康(300272.SZ)公告称，公司拟以2289万元的价格受让原能康养持有的原能集团700万股股份，收购完成后，公司持有原能集团股权比例将从42.4136%增至43.6956%。
