【海口出台蓝碳经济发展行动方案】财联社5月20日电，近日，海口市生态环境局、海口市自然资源和规划局联合印发《海口市蓝碳经济发展行动方案（2025—2035年）》，明确到2035年底，全市蓝碳经济体系基本建立，蓝碳经济贡献度显著提高，海洋产业生态化水平明显提升。
