【凌云光：工业人工智能算法与软件平台研发项目延期至2025年11月】财联社5月20日电，凌云光(688400.SH)公告称，公司决定将募投项目“工业人工智能算法与软件平台研发项目”达到预定可使用状态的时间从2025年5月延期至2025年11月，项目投资用途及规模不发生变更。延期原因为AI技术快速迭代，公司为保持技术领先优势，拟延长研发时间。该延期不会对募投项目的实施造成重大不利影响，符合公司长期发展规划。
