【美图将向阿里巴巴网络中国发行约2.5亿美元可转股债券】财联社5月20日电，美图计划与阿里巴巴网络中国展开战略合作，将向阿里巴巴网络中国发行约2.5亿美元可转股债券，为期三年，初步换股价为每股转换股份6.00港元（按协定汇率）。
